Surf to Fly Tenerife Test Center for the brilliant BoVest T-shirts
Over these two years, we tested the T-shirts in various conditions and kitesurfing and wingfoil styles: in the Bay of Puck, on the Baltic Sea, in Egypt, in Tenerife, on twin tip, kite wave, kite foil and wingfoil.
The T-shirt is extremely versatile and combines several functions!
Functions of the BOVEST inflatable safety shirt:
1. Sun protection in hot climates such as Tenerife or Egypt.
2. Increases thermal comfort when inflated in places with lower temperatures such as Poland.
3. Life jacket (3 options)
A) You put the shirt on in league conditions without pumping it up. And if, for example, the wind dies down or you have a problem with your equipment, the shirt will be inflated in a few seconds (3-4 breaths).
B) If you feel unsure or you simply know you need a life jacket, you can do this right away: inflate it before entering the water.
C) Third option: you pump partially at once to have some security and, for example, more thermal comfort.
4. Protective vest (imact vest function)
Here it protects against impacts with the water, e.g. during unsuccessful landings after high jumps, during falls on a kite foil or wing foil, and against minor scratches.
